    As the season of fresh green leaves and fragrant breezes arrives, we have prepared a menu that lets you enjoy the blessings of the moment.
    Seasonal ingredients such as mugwort, bamboo shoots, young sweetfish, and wild mountain vegetables are layered with the aromas of smoke and tea, adding depth to each dish.
    The menu begins with mugwort sesame tofu, followed by a smooth green pea soup and a colorful hassun appetizer plate. Each dish expresses the gentle shift of the season.
    For the smoked bonito tataki, we add the aroma of Kyoto bancha tea and serve it with the refreshing acidity of fruit tomato.
    For the main dish, tenderly simmered Chami pork kakuni is presented in the style of kashiwa mochi, finished lightly with a wasabi ankake sauce.
    For the rice course, we serve a mozuku seaweed risotto scented with Japanese pepper, leaving a cool and refreshing aftertaste.
    To finish, our sweets feature roasted green tea and matcha, accompanied by the fresh juiciness of young peach.
